Andale is a technology platform that connects users with independent drivers to facilitate the delivery of automotive parts from local suppliers.

Andale does not manufacture, own, or directly sell automotive parts and does not operate as a transportation carrier.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

By using Andale, you represent that:

• You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
• All information you provide is accurate

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

4. Orders and Deliveries

When placing an order through Andale:

• You agree that all order details are accurate
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Availability of parts depends on third-party suppliers
• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other conditions

5. Payments

• All payments are processed through third-party providers
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your order
• Prices may include delivery fees, service fees, and applicable taxes

Andale does not store full payment information.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may only be canceled within a limited time after placement
• Once a driver has picked up the item, cancellation may not be possible
• Refunds are issued at Andale’s discretion based on the situation

7. Independent Drivers

Drivers using the platform are independent contractors, not employees of Andale.

Andale is not responsible for:

• Driver conduct
• Delivery delays
• Actions taken during delivery

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the operation of the Services
• Abuse or harass drivers or support staff

9. Prohibited Items

Users may not request delivery of:

• Hazardous materials (including certain batteries)
• Illegal items
• Oversized or restricted items (e.g., glass, windshields)

Andale reserves the right to refuse any order.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Andale is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Issues related to third-party suppliers or drivers

All services are provided “as is” without warranties.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Andale from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms.
